In this session Lynnae teaches the biblical view of anger and other strong emotions as she tackles the following challenging topics: "When anger crosses the line, and becomes a destructive tool. Is it possible to be angry and not sin? If I am to clothe myself with compassion, kindness, humility, and gentleness as Colossians 3:12 tells us, then why does it seem that all I ever wear is anger, rage and bitterness?" Through this discussion you will learn practical tools to battle difficult emotions.

It's time to throw a party of Grace. In this session you will see what it means to be a gracious woman. Maybe you will even have a chance to meet her character, Ms. Mercedes Seville, the National Women's Fashion Consultant of America. Mercedes will give your group one of the most memorable makeovers imaginable and leave you with a better understanding of what it means to live in with a gracious spirit every day.
Session 1

Hear how Lynnae learned this truth the hard way when a special move in her life left her overwhelmed and drowning in a sea of chaos. In session one, you will see her transform into an out of control, overloaded and completely stressed out wife and mother, better known as Mrs. Tizzy. Listen as she draws parallels between her experience and the story of Peter walking on the water in Matthew 14:28-29. And how like Peter, Jesus, in his mercy, saved Mrs. Tizzy from herself.
